Hello Everyone,

My name is Bryan Baird and welcome to my new blog. My main interest in blogging is to spread interest in live raw whole foods and there importance to ones diet; more specifically how Uri International can provide live raw whole foods in an affordable way. I will always use credible sources and facts to support my blog entries. A little about me: I am from Vancouver, WA no not Vancouver, Canada but the state of Washington. I am twenty two years old and I am a senior at Washington State University Vancouver, I previously spent three years at WSU's main campus playing football for the Cougs! unfortunately I became an injury magnet while playing and my career had to be prematurely ended. Now I am ready to tackle new things and stay active however I can. I have a beautiful fiance Melanie, she also attends WSUV and we plan to wed in the summer of 09'. She also is an athlete, former champion in gymnastics! We met in high school and were your typical high school cliche, the athlete and the cheerleader... but it has worked out for us so far!
One thing Melanie and I share in common is our desire to stay healthy and eat foods that were truely meant for our bodies.
